Tenzing adds to investment team

UK lower mid-market investor, Tenzing, has appointed John Messer and Mike Reynolds to its investment team.

Messer has joined Tenzing from Alchemy Partners. He began his career as a consultant at AT Kearney undertaking due diligence and merger integration projects before studying for an MBA at London Business School, interning at Goldman Sachs and Inflexion Private Equity, prior to joining Alchemy.
Mike Reynolds joins the Tenzing team from Rutland Partners, where he spent over five years gaining investment experience in the industrials, financial services and consumer sectors. Prior to this he worked in mid-market M&A advisory at Hawkpoint, now Canaccord Genuity, and KPMG Corporate Finance.
Guy Gillon, co-founder and joint managing partner, Tenzing, says: “We’re delighted that John and Mike have chosen to further build their private equity careers with Tenzing. They are a huge complement to our team and share our culture of support and commitment to the management teams we back. We welcome them to Tenzing.”
