Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity-backed Condeco has merged with iOffice + SpaceIQ, another of the firms’ portfolio companies, to create a new business Eptura.
Eptura aims to act as a global worktech company to provide software solutions for modern workplace, which it says has a total addressable market of $25 billion. The company said Eptura’s combined solutions bring the collective knowledge, depth of experience and comprehensive portfolio of more than nine products together to meet the challenges of the global workplace with a unified technology experience.
Eptura will be headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with regional offices in London and Melbourne. It hires over 1,000 employees and has 16.3 million users.
