Three Hills, a London-based private equity firm specialising in “preferred capital” with €2.5bn in AUM, has appointed both Timothy Spillane as Operating Partner and Dan Knight as Investment Director in London, as well as Patrick Judd as Associate in New York.
Spillane will work closely with management teams focusing on value creation and growth, particularly in the finance function, while Knight will be responsible for origination, execution and management of investments. Spillane was previously at Sun Capital Partners, while Knight joined Three Hills last November from Bridges Fund Management.
Judd, meanwhile, will support the firm’s business development and investment activities in North America. He joined the firm in February from Golding Capital Partners.
