TradeRisks, part of Gresham House, has arranged a subscription line facility for Gresham House British Sustainable Infrastructure Fund II (BSIF II).
The facility has an accordion feature which allows for the committed amount to be increased to GBP100 million by reference to existing commitments.
BSIF II launched in Q3 2021 following the success of the flagship BSIF fund. BSIF II will invest in sustainable infrastructure that tackles key environmental and societal challenges, creating the biggest impact and financial reward. The fund is targeting total commitments of GBP500 million, with further closes targeted in 2022.
