Trowers & Hamlins has advised Austrian investment company AVenture on the acquisition of Imagination Technologies' Pure DAB digital radio business.
The deal allows AVenture to exercise an option to acquire Imagination's property at Concept House in Kings Langley, the current headquarters of the Pure business.
Trowers & Hamlins corporate partner Nick Harrisingh, who led the deal team, says: "It's been exciting to work on this transaction. AVenture was referred to Trowers & Hamlins by its Austria Interlaw member firm, Binder Grosswang Rechtsanwalte, who also worked on the deal.
