TT International appoints new CEO

TT International (TT) has appointed Luke Poulter as chief executive officer, effective from 31 October 2025. He succeeds Eric Mackay, who is stepping down after more than a decade at the firm and over 25 years in the investment industry.

Poulter brings more than 15 years of experience in financial and strategic leadership. He has been a member of TT’s leadership team for the past five years, serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the management committee. His CFO role has been both strategic and commercial in scope.

Poulter joined TT in 2011 as fund accountant, before progressing to take on the CFO role in 2021. Prior to TT, he held roles at RAB Capital and BNP Paribas Fund Services.

Christopher Wilson succeeds Poulter as CFO, and has been appointed to the management committee. He joined TT in 2021 as head of business management. Prior to this, he was chief operating officer for Shore Capital and head of finance and operations for Mirabaud in London. Wilson began his career in audit at Wilkins Kennedy and spent four years at Deutsche Bank before joining Mirabaud.
