Turnspire Capital Partners has appointed Luis A Mercader as Director of Operations and Finance.
Mercader will work closely with the Turnspire investment team to acquire middle market businesses that can benefit from Turnspire’s deep financial and operational expertise. He will lead portfolio company onboarding and support management teams as they execute significant value enhancement initiatives. In addition, Mercader will oversee the build-out of Turnspire’s fund infrastructure and internal processes as the firm continues to grow.

Prior to working with Turnspire, Mercader was a principal consultant with Etonien LLC, where he led carve-outs, post-acquisition integration, and interim CFO engagements. Prior to Etonien, Luis was an Operating Executive at Corinthian Capital, assisting portfolio companies with setting strategic direction and executing performance improvement initiatives, as well as add-on acquisitions.
Mercader is a graduate of the Fuqua School of Business (MBA) and Duke University (AB). He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
