US Venture Partners (USVP), a Silicon Valley venture capital firm, has closed USVP XIII, a $400 million fund focused on Series A and B investments in cybersecurity, enterprise software, consumer and healthcare businesses.
USVP has to date led investments in 93 companies that completed initial public offerings and 100 more that were profitably acquired. The firm’s strategy is to be the lead Series A or B investor in companies based in the US or Israel in its four core sectors.
USVP says its investment team has over 100 years of combined VC investing experience and a 3.5x track record on realisations across the firm’s four most recent fully-invested funds.
