Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management has announced the launch of its Private Equity Secondaries Evergreen Solution, a new strategy targeting secondary market acquisitions of existing private equity interests.
Structured as an evergreen vehicle, the fund reinvests distributions from its underlying investments, allowing for ongoing capital compounding. Investors can subscribe on a quarterly basis, with redemption opportunities available after a three-year lock-up period, subject to liquidity.
The strategy combines commitments to private equity funds with selective co-investments, supporting its objective to build a diversified portfolio across geographies and sectors. The co-investment component is designed to enhance capital deployment efficiency and reduce overall cost.
