Veritas Capital has sold Continental Electronics Corporation, which specialises in the design, development, and manufacturing of digital and analogue radio frequency transmitter systems for the global market, to Lone Star CRA Fund.
Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin acted as financial advisor to Continental Electronics. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
