Vision Capital completes acquisition of portfolio of assets from Banco Popolare

Vision Capital has successfully completed its acquisition of 100% of Bormioli Rocco, the international glass and plastic packaging manufacturer.

Bormioli Rocco is part of a portfolio of investments that Vision Capital agreed to acquire from Banco Popolare, Italy’s fourth largest retail bank. The transaction was originally announced on 20th May 2011.
