Vision Ridge Partners appoints MD

Vision Ridge Partners (Vision Ridge), an investor in sustainable real assets, has appointed Paul Luce, former Senior Investment Leader on Partners Group’s Private Infrastructure Investment Team, as a Managing Director.

A seasoned private equity investor across the sustainable real asset and infrastructure sectors, Luce will be responsible for sourcing and leading investments across key sustainable subsectors in energy and mobility. Based in Boulder, Colorado, he will report to Vision Ridge Co-Founder and Managing Partner Reuben Munger.

“We are thrilled to welcome Paul to the Vision Ridge team,” says Munger. “His significant experience and strong track record of investing across power generation, energy infrastructure, mobility, and utility services will be invaluable as we seek to identify and scale unique investment opportunities. We look forward to leveraging his deep expertise and relationships across sustainable asset classes as we continue to grow the Vision Ridge platform.”

“I have deep admiration for Vision Ridge, a firm well-recognised across traditional and impact investment communities for its unparalleled ability to identify, develop, and transform complex assets to unlock value,” says Luce. “I am excited to join this talented team at a time when the need for sustainable real assets is greater than ever before.”

Luce brings over 14 years of experience across private equity, infrastructure and real assets investing to Vision Ridge. He has served as a director on the boards of Arcanum Infrastructure, EnfraGen, Sentinel Energy Center and as a board observer at USIC. Prior to his tenure at Partners Group, he invested on behalf of the University of Washington’s endowment funds. Luce received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
