Vista Equity Partners (Vista), a global investment firm focusing on enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, has appointed Dan Parant as Managing Director and Global Head of Private Wealth Solutions.
Parant has joined Vista from KKR, where he served as Co-Head of US Private Wealth and has helped to establish KKR’s private wealth business over the last 12 years.
In his new role, Parant will report to Greg Myers, Global Head of Capital and Partner Solutions at Vista, and according to a press statement, will “accelerate Vista’s efforts to expand access to investing in private technology companies for financial advisors and their clients globally”.
Parant, who has nearly 20 years of alternative investment distribution experience in the private wealth channel, will focus on delivering private market technology solutions to individual investors across Vista’s equity and credit investment strategies.
