The Watermill Group, a strategy-driven private investment firm, has appointed Lucas Gillespie to its team as Senior Associate, responsible for evaluating opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting management teams on strategic and operational initiatives.
Prior to joining Watermill Group, Gillespie held roles as an MBA Associate at Tuckerman Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm investing predominantly in niche engineering and manufacturing businesses, as well as Chief of Staff of Hive Technology.
He started his career in investment banking at Dowling Hales after earning his BA from Bates College. Gillespie received his MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
