Private equity firm West Lane Capital Partners (West Lane) has acquired a majority stake in Fantasy Files Group (Fantasy Files), a California-based developer, manufacturer and distributor of specialty cosmetic products under the Blossom, Blue Cross and Savina brands.
Ron Tinero and Mark Friedman, the founders of Fantasy Files, will remain as executives and shareholders of the business. No material changes in the operations of the business are planned. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The range of products offered by the Company have attracted a large and loyal customer base, and we are planning on launching various new and innovative products in the near future.”
