West Monroe, an adviser to private equity firms and strategic buyers on their M&A transactions and execution of value creation strategies, has promoted Keith Campbell as its new Global Mergers & Acquisitions Leader.
Campbell has been with West Monroe for over 16 years, working on more than 500 transactions and building billions of value in EBITDA, while serving as an advisor to PE sponsors and strategic buyers across many industries. He succeeds Matt Sondag, who held the position for over 10 years.
West Monroe’s M&A team has worked on over 7,000 deals, representing more than $350bn in deal value and working with 35 of the top 50 private equity firms including Bain Capital, TPG Capital, Onex Partners, Goldman Sachs and Warburg Pincus.
