Global law firm White & Case has appointed Sten Olsson as a Partner within its global M&A practice and global private equity industry group in Helsinki.
Olsson advises international and Nordic private equity firms and corporations on mergers and acquisitions, investments, carve-outs and divestments.
Prior to joining White & Case, he was a Partner and Head of the M&A group at Nordic law firm Hannes Snellman. According to his LinkedIn profile, he also previously served as Director at the European Investment Fund, a Luxembourg-based financial institution providing financing to SMEs through private banks and funds.
