Law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher has appointed Briony Pollard, previously Counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, as a Partner within its privacy, cybersecurity & data strategy practice group based in the firm’s London office.
Pollard’s practice focuses on the data protection and privacy aspects of corporate, M&A and private equity transactions.
Pollard has previously advised on transactions across technology, media and telecommunications, life sciences, financial services, retail and consumer goods, travel, entertainment and sports.
