Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP has appointed private equity lawyer Kris Agarwal as partner.
Based in the Houston office, Agarwal brings industry knowledge and client experience and bolsters Willkie’s significant private equity capabilities in the Texas market and beyond.
He is the fifth private equity partner to join Willkie this year, with others joining in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
