Middle market private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital has partnered with management to invest in Owen Family of Companies (Owen), a provider of infrastructure equipment, aftermarket parts and services including street sweepers, sewer cleaners, hydro excavators, specialty drilling equipment, and vegetation management equipment.
CentreGate Capital Partners has exited its Position in the business as a result of this transaction.
