YFM Equity Partners has completed the exit of its investment in Vuealta following the sale of the business to Keyrus, a global data and digital consulting group. Vuealta is a specialist provider of connected business planning and digital transformation solutions, supporting organisations to improve forecasting, decision-making and operational performance across complex business environments.
YFM invested to support Vuealta as it scaled its operations and strengthened its position within the connected planning ecosystem. During the period of investment, YFM worked alongside the management team to support international expansion, enhance operational capabilities, and develop the business’s service offering to meet growing client demand.
The firm says Vuealta continued to build its reputation as a trusted partner to organisations navigating complex planning and transformation challenges, supporting clients across a range of industries.
