InvestorFlow, a provider of cloud-based investor portals for alternative asset managers, has merged with Cloud Theory, a cloud-enabled enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platform for alternative asset managers and investment banks.
The company has also closed a USD30 million Series A investment from Ambina Partners, which will help accelerate the combined company’s continued growth.
Following the closing of the merger, the new company will be called InvestorFlow and will become a deal and investor engagement platform in the financial services industry with headquarters in Menlo Park and offices throughout North America.
