Outright Games secures funding from ExWorks Capital

UK-based videogame publisher Outright Games has signed a deal with specialist financier ExWorks Capital in order to support its expansion aims.

The funding will contribute towards Outright Games’ growth ambitions, helping to further their plans for global expansion and welcoming a host of exciting new partners. Founded in 2016, Outright Games works alongside some of the biggest entertainment companies in the world to deliver interactive games across all major platforms – including Xbox One, Playstation® 4 and Nintendo Switch.

With a global distribution network that covers multiple countries, Outright Games has launched titles from popular family entertainment franchises including How to Train your Dragon, Paw Patrol and Ben 10 with recently announced titles in the Jumanji and Ice Age franchises due to release later this year.

Ben Boateng, Senior Director at ExWorks Capital, says: “We were approached by Outright Games to support its growth. Working closely with the company, we were able to give the business an extra boost to give them room to grow in the global market. We were able to structure the deal quickly and provide a solution that suited the company’s unique needs.”

Terry Malham, CEO at Outright Games, adds: “Working alongside ExWorks, we have been able to continue and even accelerate the global expansion of the business.”
