Susquehanna Private Capital invests in Mosquito Authority

Susquehanna Private Capital (SPC) HAS announced an investment in Authority Franchise Systems (Mosquito Authority), a North Carolina based franchisor of mosquito, pest and tick control services throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

 
In addition to the Mosquito Authority brand, The company owns and operates Pest Authority, which includes commercial and residential services for ticks, bed bugs and termites. The Company seeks to deliver exceptional and personalised pest control services through its affordable “No commitments. No contracts” methodology. Mosquito Authority was founded in 2002 by Joey Osborne and is led by CEO Chris Buitron. The Company encompasses over 150 growing franchises.
