Apex Group has been appointed by American Ventures Partners (American Ventures), a commercial real estate investment company focused on the repositioning and operation of value-add and core-plus investment properties, to deliver fund administration, tax compliance and related corporate services to support American Ventures.
Apex was appointed due to its ability to offer a single-source suite of fund and entity administration services to American Ventures backed by its functional and real estate industry expertise and leading technology solutions. A distinguishing feature for American Ventures was Apex’s ability to support distribution and placement of their Fund.
In May 2021, American Ventures announced the launch of the American Ventures Strategic Property Fund with a target capital raise of USD1 billion to invest in distressed US commercial real estate. The investment fund provides a highly tax-advantaged structure for non-US investors.
