Prime Label Group, a portfolio company of private equity fund Innova/6 SCA §SICAV from the Innova Capital group, has acquired LabelPrint OÜ – an Estonian label printing house.
LabelPrint specialises in the production of highly processed self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeve, multi-layer and booklet labels. It operates a very modern facility equipped with UV flexo printing lines and innovative digital printing technology solutions. The combination of two printing technologies is undoubtedly the company’s unique advantage, as it allows for greater flexibility in addressing customer needs. The company was founded in 2001 and its dynamic development made it a local leader that supplies labels to renowned customers from, the alcohol, beverages, cosmetics, food, and tobacco industries. The company operates on the Estonian and Scandinavian markets.
