UK mid-market private equity investor Livingbridge has sold Vendigital, a management consultancy focused on supply chain cost and supply challenges, to Siemens Advanta.
Founded in 2000, Vendigital combines consulting services with a proprietary digital platform to provide clients with data-led transformation programmes aimed at identifying and solving complex issues.
Since acquiring Vendigital in 2018, Livingbridge has helped the business deliver significant organic growth. The company has seen a three-times increase per annum in the number of client wins since April 2020, delivering a c60% uplift in revenue.
