Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
DSS is a specialist in providing outsourced services to support clinical safety and pharmacovigilance commitments.
Rothschild & Co served as financial advisor to Clario. Robert W. Baird & Co. acted as the financial advisor to SCP.
