Audax Private Equity (Audax) has completed a strategic growth investment in Flow Control Holdings (FCH), a provider of sanitary flow components to producers of foods, beverages and pharmaceuticals.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Phil Pejovich, CEO of FCH, will continue to lead the Company alongside the existing management team.
