Global law firm Squire Patton Boggs will open an office in Dublin, Ireland – its 15th location in Europe – complementing the firm’s international platform of over 40 offices worldwide.
Partner Dennis Agnew, who leads the Transactions Team for Ireland at Pinsent Masons and was a founding partner of its Dublin office, will join Squire Patton Boggs to launch the new office, which is expected to open on 1 May, 2023.
Agnew will serve as Managing Partner of the Dublin office and lead the firm’s efforts to recruit additional talent. He advises international and Irish companies on cross-border mergers and acquisitions across a variety of sectors.
