Susquehanna Private Capital (Susquehanna), a middle market private equity firm, is investing in US Compliance, a provider of environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance management solutions.
Susquehanna was founded in 2016 and is funded by the founders of Susquehanna International Group, one of the world’s largest privately held financial services firms. Its investment in US Compliance aims to scale Susquehanna’s growth in the North America.
US Compliance employs a “Compliance as a Service” (CaaS) business model and delivers comprehensive and site-specific services to EHS compliance to decision makers at clients of all sizes – including owners and executives, HR professionals, plant managers and corporate EHS managers.
Hennepin Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to US Compliance, while. Troutman Pepper served as legal counsel to Susquehanna Private Capital. No further transaction terms have been made public.
