According to a press statement, the San Francisco-based firm provides capital solutions for growth companies in the technology, technology-enabled, consumer, healthcare, and media sectors, aiming to “mitigate downside risk for investors through structural protections and contractual returns, while also offering meaningful upside potential through equity participation”.
