Creador, a PE firm focused on investments in businesses operating in South and Southeast Asia, has acquired a controlling stake in Southeast Asia hospitality marketplace MG Group, which serves over 3,650,000 accommodation suppliers and 8000 global buyers.
According to a press statement, this strategic investment will allow MG Group to “accelerate its global expansion, capitalising on its cutting-edge technology platform and its vast network”.
Creador’s investment aims to expand MG Group’s reach beyond Southeast Asia, leveraging its scalable and low-cost business model, along with its proprietary platform, MG Jarvis, which offers fast, low-cost connectivity, and real-time distribution between buyers and suppliers.
