European growth investor Jolt Capital has appointed Marine Moreux as the firm’s new Director of Human Resources, a new position created as part of an ongoing initiative to support the firm’s future development and growth.
According to a press statement, Moreux, who has over 10 years of experience in human resources, including workforce management, talent development, recruitment, and manager support, will develop policies related to recruitment, talent development, and team support.
Moreux joins from Bain & Company where she served as Head of Human Resources and oversaw workforce management for all teams, ensuring that skills aligned with project needs, and supported professional development within the private equity team. She also supervised resource allocation and workload balancing, working closely with the Partners, and analysing workforce data in Paris and across the EMEA region.

Previously, Moreux served for nearly four years as an HR Business Partner at Vinci Energies, where she advised the executives of 32 companies—representing approximately 3,000 employees—on human resources and labour law issues. In this role, she supported career development, internal mobility, and recruitment, as well as initiatives related to diversity, social responsibility, and inclusion.
Moreux began her career as a psychological consultant at CGI, where she conducted psychological assessments aimed at supporting employee well-being. She holds a Master’s degree in psychology from the University of Paris Nanterre, with a specialisation in human resources, organisation, and ergonomics, which she earned with the highest honours in her graduating class.
