Ohio-based private equity firm Evolution Capital Partners has announced the acquisition of Accurate Group, the fourth platform investment in Evolution’s current fund.
Ohio-based private equity firm Evolution Capital Partners has announced the acquisition of Accurate Group, the fourth platform investment in Evolution’s current fund.
Accurate, based in the suburbs of Charlotte, North Carolina, is a full service title agency providing title insurance and settlement services. Settlement services include property valuation, appraisal services, basic flood zone certification, title services, closing and escrow services.
‘We believe that the timing of the investment coincides well with the overall economic environment,’ says Evolution managing partner Jeffrey Kadlic. ‘The Accurate management team with the support of Evolution has constructed a growth plan we are very excited about.’
Evolution Capital Partners is a private equity manager investing USD1-10m of equity, in partnership with management, to sponsor buyouts of light industrial, business services and value-added distribution businesses.
Evolution targets established companies with annual sales between USD5m and USD50m.
