Browndorf PEM, a financial services provider, investment adviser and fund manager, has appointed Tyler Spring as managing director of structured products.

Spring began his career by developing and executing divisional strategies for financial institutions, most notably Fleet Bank (Bank of America) and Citicorp.

Spring has held executive level positions with many global corporations spanning a variety of industries, designing and executing business plans in the telecom, high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, and professional services industries.

He has also partnered with Bank of America, General Electric, Citigroup, AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, UnitedHealth Group, Merrill Lynch, Target, Dell, Johnson & Johnson, Wells Fargo, Pfizer, Altria Group, Cisco, GMAC, New York Life, Apple, Lazard, Jeffries, and Cerberus.

Prior to joining Browndorf PEM, Spring was managing director of a boutique consulting firm working extensively with capital management, private equity, and investment firms forming and executing investment and M&A strategies, their corresponding financing structures, and performing both financial and operational due diligence.

He has served as a board adviser in the technology, healthcare, and business services industries.
