ECI Partners LLP, the UK growth focused mid-market private equity firm, has appointed Joe Garrood (pictured) as an Investment Manager in its London office.
Garrood will join ECI’s commercial team which is dedicated to accelerating growth, unlocking value and delivering upside projects for portfolio companies. Involved both pre and post deal, the commercial team is fully integrated with the investment team and works closely with ECI’s investment directors and the boards of portfolio companies.
Garrood joins ECI Partners from OC&C Strategy Consultants where he spent four years as a manager. During this time he worked on a range of strategy, operational and transaction focussed projects primarily for retail, consumer and leisure businesses. Prior to joining OC&C Strategy Consultants, Garrood spent three years at Javelin Group and a year at Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
