Mid-market private equity firm Gresham is moving from its current offices in One South Place, EC2 to a new location at 1 Bartholomew Lane, EC2, just opposite the Bank of England.
The move to the newly renovated building, which is behind a listed façade, is planned for early September.
Since taking its lease on One South Place in 1997, when London was still the firm’s sole base, Gresham has opened offices in Birmingham, Manchester and Bristol.
