Harris Williams & Co acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of IS Group BV (IS Group), a provide of cloud computing and IT services, on its sale to strategic buyer Koninklijke KPN (KPN).
The transaction was led by Thierry Monjauze (pictured), Jonathan Organ and Sylvain Noblet of Harris Williams & Co’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group.
