Noerr has appointed five new equity partners as of 1 January 2018, including four women.
Meike von Levetzow, Annette Pospich, Marlies Raschke, Bärbel Sachs and Ralph Schilha were admitted to the partnership. Michael Bergmann and Pavol Rak were designated as (non-equity) partners and will work as Senior Counsel in the future. The firm promoted 18 lawyers – including eight women – to the position of Associated Partner, and another six as Counsel.
“Due to their excellent work, our new partners have contributed to further consolidating our position in the premium segment over the last few years,” says co-speaker Alexander Ritvay. “By making these appointments, we are underlining our objective to open up real career perspectives to talented individuals in all practice areas,” added co-speaker Tobias Bürgers. “We have also shown once again that equity partnership is also possible part-time at Noerr. Two of the new equity partners are working in different part-time models.”
