Houlihan Lokey completes integration of GCA

Global investment bank Houlihan Lokey has completed the acquisition of GCA Corporation (GCA).

Following the acquisition of outstanding shares of GCA last month, the two companies will now operate as one firm under the Houlihan Lokey banner.
