Align Capital Partners’ (ACP) accounting, tax and valuation advisory firm, WilliamsMarston has acquired Moffett & Associates (Moffett), a provider of complex corporate tax consulting services to pre-IPO, public and private equity-backed companies.
This is the fourth acquisition WilliamsMarston has completed in the past 18 months which brings the Firm’s headcount to 156 professionals.
Headquartered in El Segundo, California, Moffett advises a variety of clients including publicly traded commercial banks, investment banks, broker dealers and life sciences companies; along with complex, privately held businesses and investment partnerships. Founder and Partner, Marty Moffett and his entire team joined WilliamsMarston at the close.
