Alexander Hoff (has joined the management board of Zurich-based private equity and real estate investment firm Corestate Capital as chief investment officer and a member of the investment committee.
Hoff will be responsible for the international expansion of the company’s real estate and investment portfolio and will also be actively involved in the structuring of new Corestate Group fund products. Founder Thomas Landschreiber, who previously had responsibility for investment, will now focus exclusively on his role as chief operating officer.
In the past 14 years, Hoff has held various senior positions in the real estate industry, most recently as chief executive of GPT Halverton Germany and a member of the management board of GPT Halverton Europe. Previously he held executive positions at Vivico and CB Richard Ellis, and overall he has been responsible for real estate transactions amounting to EUR1.5bn.
In addition to Hoff and Landschreiber, the Corestate management team also comprises chief financial officer Daniel Schoch and Christian Schulte Eistrup, head of capital raising and investor relations.

German Real Estate Advisory Team in Frankfurt advises Corestate on the sourcing, due diligence and execution of German real estate investments and divestments.
