Guardian Restoration Partners, a home restoration platform backed by US private equity firm Alpine Investors, has acquired two restoration services businesses, Quick Dry Restoration and Spartan Emergency Water Removal, bringing the platform’s total acquisitions to five since its launch in April.
Quick Dry and Spartan will continue to operate as separate brands.
Quick Dry was founded in Boise, Idaho in 2016 by Evan Gines. The company also has locations in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and Seattle, Washington. Spartan was founded in Fredericksburg, Virginia in 2012 by James B Bonner III.
Alpine Investors oversees $17bn in AUM and has three offices in San Francisco, New York and Salt Lake City. The firm describes itself as “people-driven” and has a PeopleFirst strategy, which includes a talent programme targeting situations where additional or new management is needed post-transaction.
