Alter Domus, a provider of Fund and Corporate Services to alternative investment managers, has opened two new offices in Spain; in Madrid and Barcelona.
Laurent Vanderweyen (pictured), Chief Executive Officer of Alter Domus, says: “The opening of these new offices in Spain, in important financial capitals, will strengthen the company’s platform in Europe and is a result of our commitment to continually broaden our international presence, and bring our high quality services to every jurisdiction within our expanding reach. Alter Domus also welcomes Oscar Garcia who will lead the Spanish operation as Country Executive Spain. Garcia has over 20 years in the corporate services industry and has significant experience advising local and foreign companies operating in Spain and in particular he has a broad expertise in providing guidance to Real Estate Prop Co projects.
