The firm said it was considering its options, including a private equity sale or remaining independent. Baker Tilly Germany generated approximately €250.6m in revenue last year.
Baker Tilly is one of the world’s largest accountancy networks, made up of independent member firms. Together the firms generated $5.6bn in 2024.
Baker Tilly US previously received investment from private equity firms Hellman & Friedman and Valeas Capital in 2024.
