Brian Mulcahy has joined BakerHostetler’s Chicago office as a partner in the firm’s Business Practice Group and member of the Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions teams.
Mulcahy represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, and other strategic and financial investors, on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.
Mulcahy’s appointment adds more expertise in middle market private equity deals. He is the second significant partner addition to the Chicago office in two months and the second private equity partner addition to the Chicago office in the past 12 months.
