Blackstone-backed Liftoff files for US IPO

Blackstone-backed mobile app marketing firm Liftoff has filed for a US initial public offering, aiming to list on Nasdaq under the ticker LFTO, according to a report by Reuters.

The Redwood City-based company, which offers an AI-driven platform for performance marketing and monetisation, reported a net loss of $25.6m on $491.6m revenue for the first nine months of 2025, up from a $7.4m loss on $377.1m in the same period of 2024.

Blackstone retains majority ownership after selling a minority stake to General Atlantic in May. IPO proceeds will fund general corporate purposes and debt repayment, with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Jefferies named as lead underwriters.
