Italy-based law firm BonelliErede has strengthened its private equity capabilities with the appointment of two new Partners – Franco Agopyan and Giovanni Colantuono – to its private equity team in Milan.
Agopyan, who joins the firm as Co-Leader of the Private Equity Team, alongside the current Leader and Managing Partner of the firm, Eliana Catalano, has been practising law since 1999. He is known both in Italy and more widely internationally for his advice on major private equity and M&A transactions.
Colantuono, meanwhile, has been admitted to the Milan Bar, the New York State Bar and the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales, and has extensive transactional experience and specialising in advising Italian and international private equity houses.
