BV Investment Partners, a private equity firm focused on tech-enabled business services, software and IT services industries, has invested in Kami, a classroom content provider, which values the business at over $175m.
Kami serves over 40m teachers & students on the platform across 2,000 US districts and 180 countries globally.
The strategic investment from BV, which has previously supported the growth of many other edtech and founder-led businesses, according to a press statement, will be used to accelerate Kami’s existing growth plan.
